About the Role
- Greet customers
- Answer the phone and determine need of caller
- Follow up on all late pay and cancel pending situations
- Handle returned mail
- Contact clients as needed for specific information needed by sales agents or underwriting or claims
- Report claims and file Certificates of Compliance as needed
- For new purchasers of insurance gather the needed information and refer to licensed agent.
- Handle customer policy changes for which you are trained and authorized to handle.
- Handle monthly birthday program.
